Create an Incoming Webhook in Slack

In your Slack workspace, click Apps in the left sidebar → search for 'Incoming WebHooks' → click Add to Slack to configure a new integration.

Pick your destination channel

Select the specific channel (e.g., #sales-alerts or #support-escalations) you want AerisL messages to route to, then click Add Incoming WebHooks Integration.

Copy your secure Webhook URL

Scroll down to see your uniquely generated, secret webhook URL. Copy it to your clipboard, and click Save Settings at the bottom of the Slack configuration page.

Paste the URL and configure in AerisL

In your inbox's Integrations tab, click Connect on the Slack card. Paste the secret webhook URL, use our visual builder to select which extracted fields to include in the message body, then click Connect Slack.
