Create a Personal Access Token in Airtable

Log into airtable.com → click your user avatar in the top right → Account → Developer Hub → Personal access tokens → Click the 'Create new token' button.

Configure token scopes and access

Give the token a memorable name (like 'AerisL Sync'). Add the `data.records:write` and `data.records:read` scopes. Choose to grant access to all bases or limit it to specific ones. Click Create token and securely copy it.

Locate your Base ID

Open your target Airtable base in your browser. Look at the URL bar and copy the string starting with `app…` — this is your unique Base ID.

Connect and map fields in AerisL

In your inbox's Integrations tab, click Connect on the Airtable card. Fill in your Personal Access Token, your Base ID, and the exact Table name. Use our visual mapper to align your extracted fields with Airtable columns.
