Initial Admin Setup

Your workspace owner or HubSpot Admin must first create a private app in the HubSpot Developer Portal, configure the correct redirect URLs, add the necessary read/write scopes, and input the Client ID/Secret into your AerisL workspace settings.

Connect HubSpot to your inbox

Go to any configured inbox → Integrations tab → click Connect on the HubSpot CRM card. You'll be taken to HubSpot's OAuth consent page. Sign in and click 'Connect app'.

Configure CRM object types

After successfully connecting, click Configure on the card. Select which primary CRM object you wish to create when a new email is parsed (Contacts, Deals, or Companies).

Map properties and activate

Carefully map each parsed data field from your schema to a corresponding HubSpot property using our intelligent dropdowns. Click Save configuration to activate the live sync.
