Access your inbox settings

Navigate to any active inbox within your AerisL environment and click the Integrations tab.

Initiate Microsoft OAuth

Click Connect on the Excel Online card. You'll be safely taken to the official Microsoft Entra ID sign-in portal.

Grant precise permissions

Microsoft will ask for explicit permission to read and write files to your drive. Click Accept. You'll be securely redirected back to AerisL.

Select your enterprise workbook

Click Configure on the Excel card. Choose your target workbook from the searchable dropdown, then select which specific worksheet table to append rows to.

Map schema and deploy

Toggle which extracted data fields to sync to which columns, then click Save configuration. Data will start flowing into your workbook on the very next parsed email.
